Notitia de Revocatione Decreti Congregationis pro Doctrina Fidei diei XII mensis Martii anni MCMLXXXIII
Secretaria Status notum facit quod Decretum Congregationis pro Doctrina Fidei die XII mensis Martii anni MCMLXXXIII, in pagina 12 ephemeridis “L’Osservatore Romano” die XVIII mensis Aprilis eiusdem anni publicatum, et ab S.E. Cardinali Iosepho Ratzinger, Presbytero Cardinali Sanctae Mariae Consolatricis in Tibertino, necnon Archiepiscopo Monacensi et Frisingensi quondam, ut Praefectus eiusdem, et a Patre Hieronymo Hamer, O.P., Archiepiscopo Titulari Loriensis, ut Secretarius eiusdem, subscriptum, hoc loco revocatum est, propter vitium materiae conformabilis sub olim in vigore Canone 2195 §1.

La Segreteria di Stato rende noto che il Decreto della Congregazione per la Dottrina della Fede del 12 marzo 1983 — pubblicato su pagina 12 di «L’Osservatore Romano» il 18 aprile dello stesso anno e sottoscritto da S.E. il Cardinale Joseph Ratzinger, Cardinale Presbitero di Santa Maria Consolatrice al Tiburtino ed ex Arcivescovo di München und Freising, nella sua qualità di Prefetto della medesima, nonché da P. Jérôme Hamer, O.P., Arcivescovo titolare di Lorium, nella sua qualità di Segretario della medesima — viene con il presente revocato, per difetto di materia ai sensi del Canone 2195 §1 (CIC 1917).
Notice of the Withdrawal of the March 12, 1983 Decree of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith
The Secretariate of State gives notice that the March 12, 1983 Decree of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, published in L’Osservatore Romano, April 18, p. 12, of the same year, and signed by H. E. Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, Cardinal Priest of Santa Maria Consolatrice in Tibertino, and former Archbishop of Archbishop of München und Freising, in his capacity as Prefect of the same, and by Fr. Jérôme Hamer, O.P., Titular Archbishop of Lorium, in his capacity as Secretary of the same, is hereby withdrawn, on grounds of the defect of matter applicable under Canon 2195 §1 of the 1917 Codex Iuris Canonicis.

Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, Cardinal Prêtre de Santa Maria Consolatrice in Tibertino, et ancien Archevêque de Munich et Freising, en sa qualité de Préfet de ladite Congrégation, et par le Père Jérôme Hamer, O.P., Archevêque Titulaire de Lorium, en sa qualité de Secrétaire de ladite Congrégation, est par la présente retiré, pour vice de matière applicable en vertu du Canon 2195 §1 (CIC 1917).

La Secretaría de Estado notifica que el Decreto de la Congregación para la Doctrina de la Fe del 12 de marzo de 1983, pag. 12, publicado en L’Osservatore Romano el 18 de abril del mismo año, y firmado por S. E. Joseph Cardenal Ratzinger, Cardenal Sacerdote de Santa Maria Consolatrice en Tibertino, y antiguo Arzobispo de Múnich y Freising, en su calidad de Prefecto del mismo, y por el P. Jérôme Hamer, O.P., Arzobispo Titular de Lorium, en su calidad de Secretario del mismo, queda por la presente retirado, por motivos de defecto de materia aplicable según el Canon 2195 §1 (CIC 1917).
