Letter to all the Catholic Faithful excommunicated by Leo XIV

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus,

When our Divine Savior Jesus Christ was about to ascend to His Eternal Father, He entrusted us, as a good shepherd, to the hands of His Apostles so that we would enjoy His pastoral care until the end of this age, promising them and us with the most consoling promise, “Lo! I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the age” (Mt 28:20).

This Divine Promise assures us that in communion with our legitimate pastors, Christ Jesus Himself will be with us until the end of this world. But this promise, He did not make regarding false prophets, usurpers and men who pretend to be Catholics but serve the Father of lies.

For this reason, while we owe obedience to our legitimate superiors as a first principle of action, we all have the right to know who are our legitimate pastors and the duty to discern these matters with right reason and a conscience conformed to the laws of the Church and the truths of historical facts.

To many of you, who have never studied at an academic level either the disciplines of theology or those of ecclesiastical jurisprudence, it can frequently be difficult to understand the disputations which are raised on such questions, as is obvious to the even the most simple, that when the men who appear to be sacred pastors act in a manner contrary to the Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ, that something is very wrong.

Down through the ages the Faithful, who believe with simplicity of heart and mind in Jesus Christ, have been gravely scandalized by the comportment of the clergy, Bishops and even some of the Roman Pontiffs — and not without right motives — about matters greater than the recent scandal of Leo XIV’s excommunication of the Bishops of the Society of Saint Pius X and the clergy and faithful who adhere to their pastoral ministries.

In an age in which the ruthless and godless elites of our world insist and push through myriads of channels of propaganda that we Catholics conform ourselves to the corruption of the present age, which they actively and seductively promote in every way possible, we Catholics, if we are to be responsible and guard the priceless treasure of the salvation offered to us by the Lord Jesus, Who has ascended into Heaven and sits now at the Right Hand of the Eternal Father, the Lord Sabbaoth, should take very seriously the duty to discern rightly and seek to know the causes of the present scandal.

Common sense declares that if Leo XIV does not comport himself as the vicar of the Good Shepherd, that his claim to be Christ’s Vicar might be worthy of being questioned.

But this common sense initiative is even more just when it is a known fact, disputed by no one, that the Conclave of May 7-8, 2025, was not conducted according to the obligatory norms of the Apostolic Constitution of Pope John Paul II, Universi Dominici Gregis (hereafter UDG), which requires, not only that no more than 120 Cardinals vote (UDG n. 33) at the same time (UDG n. 68), but that no dispensation from this rule can either be claimed on the basis of any papal action (UDG n. 1) nor that any such be used during a sede vacante (UDG n. 4), nor that the Cardinals can appeal to their right to interpret doubtful passages in this law (UDG n. 5) regarding the actual process of voting (as in UDG n. 68). On which account, John Paul II, in his capacity as Christ’s Vicar on Earth, to Whom Christ Jesus Himself promised, “Whatsoever you bind on earth, shall be bound also in Heaven” (Mt 16:19), declares the Conclave of 2025 null, void, and without any canonical effect, saying in UDG n. 76:

76. Wherefore, if the election will have been celebrated in another manner, than this Constitution has established, or with the conditions prescribed equally here not observed, the election for this very reason is null and invalid without any declaration, and for that reason grants no right upon the one elected.

Here, “without any declaration” means, that no sentence or decree from any authority on earth, not even from the College of Cardinals, or the highest courts in the Church, such as the Roma Rota or the Apostolic Signatura, is required for Catholics to hold that the election of Robert Prevost was canonically invalid and completely vitiated of any legal effect.

For this reason, Leo XIV has not received the Petrine Munus nor the grace of the office of Christ’s Vicar, and is neither the Bishop of Rome, nor the Roman Pontiff, nor the visible bond of unity of the Catholic Church.

Nay, rather, he is, as Pope Nicholas II declares in his Bull of April 13, 1059 A. D., In Nomine Domini, of all antipopes, cursing each of them in these words:

“let him be cast down by the Divine Authority and that of the Holy Apostles, Peter and Paul, by a perpetual anathema with his promoters and supporters and followers as one separated from the thresholds of the Holy Church, just as the Anti-Christ, both invader and destroyer of the whole of Christendom, and let no audience be given him over this, but let him be deposed from every ecclesiastical grade unto whatever was before his, without any objection made, to whom if anyone whatsoever adheres, and/or exhibits any kind of reverence as to the Pontiff, or presumes to defend him in anything, let him be abandoned by equal sentence, which if anyone shows himself to be a violator of this sentence of Our Holy Decree, and has tried to confound the Roman Church by his presumption, and to raise disturbance against this Statute, let him be damned by perpetual anathema and excommunication, and let him be reputed among “the impious“, who “shall not rise again in judgement” (Psalm 1:5), let him know the wrath of the Omnipotent One against him, and that of the Holy Apostles, Peter and Paul, whose Church he has presumed to fool, let him know a ravaging madness in this life and in the future; “Let his dwelling become deserted, and let there be no one who dwells in his tents” (cf. Psalm 69:26): “Let his sons be orphans, and his wife a widow” (Psalm 108:9), “Let him be shaken completely” (cf. Psalm 108:10) to madness, and “may his sons go about begging, and be cast out of their dwellings” (Psalm 108:10). “May the money-lender ravage all his substance, and may the foreigner lay waste all his labors” (Psalm 108:11); “Let the whole world fight against” (cf. Wisdom 5:21) him, and let all the other elements be against him, and may the merits of all the Saints, at rest, confound him and in this life may they show open vengeance upon him.

For this reason, every Catholic should take the occasion of the recent scandalous excommunications, directed at hundreds of thousands of Catholics who simply want to keep the Holy Faith as it was handed down to us by our forefather, to stir up their own faith in the legitimate Vicars of Jesus Christ, who left us sound laws and provisions for the preservation of the Apostolic See and the Catholic Church from false prophets seizing control of the Sacred Hierarchy and posing as Roman Pontiffs or our Bishops.

I invite you, therefore, to read and study how the Catholics of Rome, inspired by the Faith we all share in the providence of God, did contest and respond to the illegal and invalid election of Leo XIV last year, as is recorded at ChiesaRomana.Info, where they shared this information with the whole Church at Rome and more than 3,500 religious and clergy of the Diocese of Rome and the seven Suburbican Dioceses, none of whom contested the claim that the Conclave was invalid or forbade them from acting, in accord with the rights granted them by the same Pope Nicholas in n. 3 of the said Bull, when they elected Hildebrand as Roman Pontiff, on the Feast of Christ the King and Pope Saint Clement I, on Nov. 23, 2025, in the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, at Sovana, Italy, the home town of the great Saint, Pope Gregory VII.

As Catholics you have the right to know why scandal is being given and the right to know the truth about who is and is not lawfully elected as Roman Pontiff. A man is pope, not because journalists or politicians or Bishops or clergy say he is the pope. He is the pope only if he was legitimately elected according to the norms of papal law. And no one in the Church, not even the Cardinals, have any right during a sedevacante to act or claim otherwise.

Lettre à tous les Fidèles Catholiques excommuniés par Léon XIV

Chers frères et sœurs dans le Christ Jésus,

Lorsque notre divin Sauveur Jésus-Christ s’apprêtait à monter auprès de son Père éternel, il nous a confiés, comme un bon pasteur, à ses Apôtres afin que nous bénéficiions de Sa sollicitude pastorale jusqu’à la fin des temps, leur faisant cette promesse des plus consolantes : « Voici, je suis avec vous tous les jours, jusqu’à la fin du monde » (Mt 28, 20).

Cette divine promesse nous assure qu’en communion avec nos pasteurs légitimes, le Christ Jésus lui-même sera avec nous jusqu’à la fin du monde. Mais cette promesse ne concerne pas les faux prophètes, les usurpateurs et ceux qui se prétendent catholiques mais servent le Père du mensonge.

C’est pourquoi, si l’obéissance à nos supérieurs légitimes est un principe d’action fondamental, nous avons tous le droit de savoir qui sont nos pasteurs légitimes et le devoir de discerner ces questions avec une raison droite et une conscience conforme aux lois de l’Église et à la vérité historique.

Pour beaucoup d’entre vous qui n’avez jamais fait des études de niveau universitaire ni de théologie ni de droit canonique, il peut souvent être difficile de comprendre les controverses soulevées sur ces questions, car il est évident, même pour les plus simples, que lorsque ceux qui se présentent comme des pasteurs respectés agissent d’une manière contraire à l’Évangile de Notre Seigneur Jésus-Christ, c’est que quelque chose ne va pas du tout.

À travers les âges, les fidèles, qui croient en toute simplicité en Jésus-Christ, ont été profondément scandalisés par le comportement du clergé, des Évêques et même de certains Pontifes romains – et ce, non sans raison – sur des questions bien plus importantes que le récent scandale de l’excommunication par Léon XIV des Évêques de la Fraternité Saint-Pie-X, du clergé et des fidèles qui adhèrent à leurs ministères pastoraux.

À une époque où les élites impitoyables et athées de notre monde insistent et s’efforcent, par d’innombrables canaux de propagande, de nous conformer à la corruption du temps présent, qu’elles promeuvent activement et sournoisement par tous les moyens possibles, nous, Catholiques, si nous voulons être responsables et préserver le trésor inestimable du salut offert par le Seigneur Jésus, monté au Ciel et siégeant à la droite du Père Éternel, le Seigneur Sabaoth, devons prendre très au sérieux le devoir de discerner avec justesse et de chercher à connaître les causes du scandale actuel.

Le bon sens voudrait que si Léon XIV ne se comporte pas comme le Vicaire du Bon Pasteur, sa prétention à être le vicaire du Christ mérite d’être remise en question.

Mais cette initiative de bon sens est d’autant plus juste qu’il est un fait connu, et incontesté, que le Conclave des 7 et 8 mai 2025 ne s’est pas déroulé conformément aux normes obligatoires de la Constitution apostolique du pape Jean-Paul II, Universi Dominici Gregis (ci-après UDG), qui exige non seulement qu’au plus 120 Cardinaux votent simultanément (UDG n° 33) (UDG n° 68), mais aussi qu’aucune dispense à cette règle ne puisse être invoquée sur la base d’une quelconque action papale (UDG n° 1), ni qu’une telle dispense ne puisse être utilisée pendant une vacance du Siège (UDG n° 4), ni que les Cardinaux puissent se prévaloir de leur droit d’interpréter les passages ambigus de cette loi (UDG n° 5) concernant le processus de vote lui-même (comme dans UDG n° 68). C’est pourquoi Jean-Paul II, en sa qualité de Vicaire du Christ sur Terre, à qui le Christ Jésus lui-même a promis : « Tout ce que vous lierez sur la terre sera aussi lié au ciel » (Mt 16, 19), déclare le Conclave de 2025 nul, non avenu et sans effet canonique, disant dans UDG n° 76 :

76. Si l’élection était faite d’une manière différente de ce qui est prescrit dans la présente Constitution ou que les conditions fixées ici n’aient pas été observées, l’élection est par le fait même nulle et non avenue, sans qu’il y ait besoin d’aucune déclaration à ce sujet, et, donc, elle ne donne aucun droit à la personne élue.

Ici, « sans qu’il y ait besoin d’aucune déclaration » signifie qu’aucune sentence ni aucun décret d’aucune autorité terrestre, pas même du Collège des Cardinaux ou des plus hautes juridictions de l’Église, telles que la Rote romaine ou la Signature apostolique, n’est requis pour que les catholiques considèrent que l’élection de Robert Prévost était canoniquement invalide et totalement dépourvue de tout effet juridique.

C’est pourquoi Léon XIV n’a reçu ni le Munus pétrinien ni la grâce de la charge de Vicaire du Christ, et n’est ni l’Évêque de Rome, ni le Pontife romain, ni le lien visible de l’unité de l’Église catholique.

Non, il est plutôt, comme le déclare le Pape Nicolas II dans sa bulle du 13 avril 1059, In Nomine Domini, de tous les antipapes, maudissant chacun d’eux en ces termes :

“Qu’il soit anéanti par l’Autorité Divine et celle des Saints Apôtres Pierre et Paul, par un anathème perpétuel, ainsi que ses promoteurs, ses partisans et ses disciples, comme un être exclu des portes de la Sainte Église, à l’instar de l’Antéchrist, envahisseur et destructeur de toute la chrétienté. Qu’aucune audience ne lui soit accordée à ce sujet, mais qu’il soit déposé de tout grade ecclésiastique et ramené à celui qu’il occupait auparavant, sans aucune objection. Quiconque adhère à ce grade, manifeste une quelconque révérence envers le Pontife ou prétend le défendre, qu’il soit abandonné par la même sentence. Quiconque se montre contrevenant à ce sentence de Notre Saint Décret, et a tenté de semer la confusion dans l’Église romaine par sa présomption et de provoquer des troubles contre ce Statut, qu’il soit damné par un anathème et une excommunication perpétuels, et qu’il soit considéré comme un impie, qui ne se relèvera pas en jugement (Psaume 11:10). » 1:5), qu’il connaisse la colère du Tout-Puissant contre lui, et celle des saints Apôtres Pierre et Paul, dont il a osé tromper l’Église ; qu’il connaisse une folie dévastatrice dans cette vie et dans l’avenir ; « Que sa demeure soit déserte, et que personne n’habite sous ses tentes » (cf. Psaume 69:26) : « Que ses fils soient orphelins, et sa femme veuve » (Psaume 108:9), « Qu’il soit complètement secoué » (cf. Psaume 108:10) jusqu’à la folie, et « que ses fils errent en mendiant, et soient chassés de leurs demeures » (Psaume 108:10). « Que le prêteur d’argent ravage tous ses biens, et que l’étranger réduise à néant tout son travail » (Psaume 108:11) ; « Que le monde entier lutte contre » (cf. Sagesse) 5:21) lui, et que tous les autres éléments soient contre lui, et que les mérites de tous les Saints, au repos, le confondent et que dans cette vie ils manifestent une vengeance ouverte contre lui.”

C’est pourquoi chaque catholique devrait saisir l’occasion des récentes excommunications scandaleuses, visant des centaines de milliers de catholiques qui souhaitent simplement conserver la Sainte Foi telle qu’elle nous a été transmise par nos ancêtres, pour raviver sa propre foi dans les Vicaires légitimes de Jésus-Christ, qui nous ont légué des lois et des dispositions saines pour la préservation du Siège apostolique et de l’Église catholique contre les faux prophètes qui s’emparent de la Sainte Hiérarchie et se font passer pour des Pontifes romains ou nos Évêques.

Je vous invite donc à lire et à étudier comment les Catholiques de Rome, inspirés par la foi que nous partageons tous en la Providence de Dieu, ont contesté et réagi à l’élection illégale et invalide de Léon XIV l’année dernière, comme indiqué sur ChiesaRomana.Info. En tant que Catholiques, vous avez le droit de savoir pourquoi ce scandale éclate et de connaître la vérité sur la légitimité de l’élection du Pape romain. Drodzy Bracia i Siostry w Chrystusie Jezusie,

Kiedy nasz Boski Zbawiciel Jezus Chrystus miał wstąpić do swego Ojca Przedwiecznego, powierzył nas, jako dobry pasterz, w ręce swoich Apostołów, abyśmy mogli cieszyć się Jego pasterską opieką do końca tego wieku, dając im i nam najbardziej pocieszającą obietnicę: „ Oto Ja jestem z wami przez wszystkie dni, aż do skończenia świata ” (Mt 28,20).

Ta Boska Obietnica zapewnia nas, że w łączności z naszymi prawowitymi pasterzami, sam Chrystus Jezus będzie z nami aż do końca tego świata. Ale tej obietnicy nie złożył w odniesieniu do fałszywych proroków, uzurpatorów i ludzi, którzy udają katolików, ale służą Ojcu kłamstwa.

Z tego powodu, chociaż posłuszeństwo naszym prawowitym przełożonym jest naszą pierwszą zasadą postępowania, to wszyscy mamy prawo wiedzieć, kim są nasi prawowici pasterze, a także obowiązek rozeznawania tych spraw wedle prawego rozumu i sumienia zgodnego z prawami Kościoła i prawdami faktów historycznych.

W czasach, w których bezwzględne i bezbożne elity naszego świata nalegają i cisną za pomocą niezliczonych kanałów propagandy, że my, katolicy, podporządkowujemy się zepsuciu obecnej epoki, które one aktywnie i uwodzicielsko promują na wszelkie możliwe sposoby, my, katolicy, jeśli mamy być odpowiedzialni i strzec bezcennego skarbu zbawienia ofiarowanego nam przez Pana Jezusa, który wstąpił do nieba i zasiada teraz po prawicy Ojca Przedwiecznego, Pana Zastępów, powinniśmy bardzo poważnie potraktować obowiązek właściwego rozeznania i starać się poznać przyczyny obecnego skandalu.

Zdrowy rozsądek podpowiada, że jeśli Leon XIV nie zachowuje się jak Wikariusz Dobrego Pasterza, to jego twierdzenie, że jest Wikariuszem Chrystusa, może być warte zakwestionowania.

Psalm 69:26): „ Niech jego synowie będą sierotami, a jego żona wdową ” (Psalm 108:9), „ Niech zostanie zupełnie wstrząśnięty ” (por. Psalm 108:10) do szaleństwa, a „ niech jego synowie chodzą żebrząc i zostaną wyrzuceni ze swoich mieszkań ” (Psalm 108:10). „ Niech lichwiarz spustoszy cały jego majątek, a cudzoziemiec niech zniszczy wszystkie jego prace ” (Psalm 108:11); „ Niech cały świat walczy przeciwko ” (por. Mądrość 5:21) i niech wszystkie inne żywioły będą przeciwko niemu, a zasługi wszystkich Świętych, odpoczywających w pokoju, niech go zawstydzą i w tym życiu niech wywrą na nim otwartą zemstę”.
